A second purchase of the same product at your clinic, within 12 months of the first, completes the qualifying supply and unlocks the reward.
The patient submits both purchases at AlconRewards.ca and receives an Alcon prepaid card — a reason to keep buying their lenses from you.
A reward they only earn by reordering at your clinic brings them back to you instead of topping up elsewhere.
Otto recognizes qualifying orders and sends the rebate information automatically. You process the order as normal.
